A technician was just out and took the time to fix the issue and explain some things. Whenever a technician has been to our home they show up with a smile and are prompt. Equally nice are your customer service representatives. Everyone takes the time to listen and always with a nice voice. I just wanted to express my appreciation for KMTelecom.
